In our new six-part event series "TUC Mental Health", we would like to consciously introduce students and employees to the topic of mental health on a Thursday afternoon in the winter semester 2025/26 in order to jointly develop an awareness of what stress does to the self and the body and how well stressful situations can be dealt with.

The series of events is deliberately designed with many exercise elements in order to achieve the greatest possible learning effect. The event takes place on Thursdays on the specified dates from 2-6 pm. The contents build on each other. Continuous attendance on all dates is encouraged, but not mandatory. Individual appointments can also be attended.

- What personal resources are available and how can they be strengthened?
