This workshop is intended for all researchers who supervise doctoral students. The target audience includes not only established professors but also newly appointed faculty members, TT junior professors, and experienced and established postdocs. The workshop covers elements such as developing and reflecting on one’s own supervision approach, clarifying methodological expectations and selecting doctoral candidates based on specific criteria, structuring the supervision process, and addressing conflicts and motivation issues.
