The Mentoring Program WiMINToring is an established and proven support program for young female scientists at Clausthal University of Technology. Since its introduction in 2019, the program has taken place every two years. The current, fourth round started in January 2025 and the next is planned for January 2027 - with 10 mentoring places for committed female scientists who want to actively shape their professional and personal development.
The mentoring program WiMINToring is a central component of TU Clausthal's personnel development concept for academic staff and at the same time a successful instrument for the targeted promotion of women in the academic system. The program is designed for female doctoral and postdoctoral scientists at our university.
