The Graduate Academy at Clausthal University of Technology supports onboarding of newly appointed professors with an individualized and personalized coaching service. Topics such as role identification, prioritization, stress management and taking on extensive teaching responsibility while at the same time building up a working group under sometimes high pressure of expectations or appearance and positioning in academic self-administration and committee work are just some of the issues that can be dealt with in coaching.

If you are interested, please let us know your personal details (name, start date, institution and department) as well as a short letter of motivation stating that you would like to take advantage of individual coaching. You are free to choose a coach, costs will initially be covered up to €1,500.
