Test 2: Using virtual whiteboards interactively
Online meetings, digital courses and virtual teamwork have become an integral part of everyday university and work life. Nevertheless, many formats reach their limits when it comes to activation, participation and creativity. Virtual whiteboards are among the most versatile tools for making online collaboration more dynamic and participatory - whether in university teaching, meeting moderation or team collaboration.
This practice-oriented workshop is aimed at lecturers, moderators, team leaders and anyone who wants to make online settings interactive and motivating. Together, we will explore and test ways of using virtual whiteboards (e.g. Conceptboard, Mural, Miro) to increase participation, structure ideas and develop results together.
The focus is on:
- Activating methods for different online contexts: teaching, meetings, workshops
- Practical introduction to whiteboard tools
- Implementation of brainstorming, voting, mind maps, group work or feedback processes on the whiteboard
- Testing activating scenarios using your own practical cases
- Tips for goal-oriented moderation and motivating digital collaboration
