The new six-part event series "TUC Mental Health" aims to consciously introduce students and employees to the topic of mental health on a Thursday afternoon in the winter semester 2025/26 in order to develop an awareness of what stress does to the self or one's own body and to develop strategies to deal well with stressful situations or stress.
The series of events is deliberately designed with many exercise elements in order to achieve the greatest possible learning effect.
The event takes place on Thursdays on the specified dates, 2-6 pm. Continuous attendance on all dates is encouraged, but not mandatory. Individual dates can also be attended.
