These days, we're constantly distracted from truly important work by tools, notifications, emails, social media, and other things. In today's "distraction society," chaos has become the norm. It's nearly impossible to focus on what's truly important or to know if we're doing the right work at the right time. A multitude of high-priority tasks, "urgent" messages, and never-ending notifications can derail our daily resolutions. Despite our perceived workload, we feel ineffective, overlook important messages, and miss deadlines.

Instead of letting our to-do lists dictate how we should spend our time, with the right time management strategies, we can consciously set priorities every day, schedule the necessary time for them, and focus on what's most important at work. This increases our effectiveness and efficiency and not only leads to good work results, but also ensures satisfaction.

There are different approaches to good time management. This workshop will teach you basic strategies and methods, as well as tips, to help you regain control over your tasks—and your time.
