This seminar offers the opportunity to take an in-depth look at the demands and opportunities of the modern workplace.

In an era of constant change and digital transformation, leaders face new challenges. The concept of “New Work” therefore puts traditional leadership structures and methods to the test. Topics such as remote work, flexible hours, and a greater focus on employee satisfaction and development define the so-called “New Normal.”

Participants will examine various aspects of leadership in the context of New Work and engage with successful leadership strategies in a practical manner.

Topics:

  • Fundamentals and principles of new work
  • Changes and challenges in everyday leadership
  • Reflection on One's Own Leadership Experiences: A Space to Explore and Reflect on One's Own Leadership Experiences
  • Boundary management: balancing and distinguishing between work and personal life
  • Transformational leadership: an introduction to the model of transformational leadership
  • Practical approaches to promoting employee engagement and motivation
  • Effective communication in hybrid and virtual teams

The seminar is workshop-based and thrives on intensive exchange among participants. Take this opportunity to actively participate and learn from one another.

Benefits for participants:

  • Expand your knowledge of current leadership trends and methods
  • Gain valuable insights for further developing your leadership skills
  • Network with others
  • Reflect on your own leadership experiences and gain new perspectives
