The Women's Sports Day is an initiative of the State Sports Association of Lower Saxony and is organized annually for the fifth time by the Goslar District Sports Association in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Office of Clausthal University of Technology and the Equal Opportunities Officers of the district of Goslar and the mountain and university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
The Women's Sports Day offers an excellent opportunity to get to know, try out and actively participate in a wide range of sports and health activities. exercise is a powerful key to well-being, balance and mental strength - and that's exactly what the 5th Women's Sports Day! at the TU Clausthal.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we cordially invite women to try out new things together, recharge their batteries and do something for their own health at the same time.
What can you expect?
A colorful afternoon full of exercise, relaxation and fun! You can choose from a total of 16 varied workshops - from sporty and active to calm and mindful. You have the opportunity to take part in a maximum of four workshops in four one-hour courses that run in parallel. Whether you want to discover a new sport or just consciously calm down - there is something for everyone.
The Women's Sports Day makes an important contribution to the health management of our university and at the same time creates space for encounters, exchange and mutual motivation.
The event is open to all interested women aged 16 and over from the university and the region. The Women's Sports Day is organized by the Goslar District Sports Association in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Officers of Clausthal University of Technology, the mountain and university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld and the district of Goslar.
