The annual meeting of the women's network "Women&Science TU Clausthal" is an annual highlight of our network activities and traditionally takes place on the last weekend in June. It offers a valuable opportunity for exchange, inspiration and joint learning in a supportive atmosphere.

The two-day format starts on Friday evening with our public networking evening, to which external guests are also cordially invited. This evening is all about getting to know each other, inspiring ideas and lively discussions. Here, networking can be experienced in a very practical way - open, appreciative and empowering.

The internal program exclusively for our network women follows on Saturday. In a half-day workshop, participants will explore the theme of the year in greater depth. The motto of our 2026 meeting is:
"Daring change - rethinking corporate culture".

 

Together with an external expert, we will use a keynote speech and an interactive workshop to address the question of how modern, value-oriented corporate cultures can be shaped - and what role our own visions, values and skills play in this.

The annual meeting underlines the importance of our network as a lively platform for professional development, empowerment and mutual support. It brings together female scientists from different disciplines and career stages and creates space for encounters, reflection and new perspectives - at Clausthal University of Technology and beyond.
