1. Conducting a personality analysis using the LINC Career Profiler
The analysis is based on a questionnaire made available to the coachee online. The LINC Career Profiler is a scientifically validated online diagnostic tool for career counseling. It compares a person’s individual personality traits, motivations, and competencies (based on the recognized Big Five model) with over 300 specific job profiles to identify well-suited career prospects and areas for development. 

     Key areas of the analysis

• Personality & Behavior: Reveals the individual’s personal work style, communication style, and leadership style.
• Motivations: Highlights inner drivers and needs in professional life.
• Competencies & Matching: Compares strengths with job requirement profiles and evaluates the fit using a matching score.
• Persona Analysis: Assesses whether the current job aligns with one’s personality or requires too much adaptation.

2. Career Counseling / Career Coaching
The coachee receives a personalized report during a follow-up coaching session. 

     As part of the counseling, the results can
