The EU Funding Advisory Service, in cooperation with the Graduate Academy, invites you to an internal TU workshop on budget calculation for HORIZON EUROPE proposals.  This session covers essential financial rules and strategic planning to help you build a solid project budget.

• Cost Categories: Overview of all eligible costs
• Funding Models: Comparison between "Action-based" and "Lump-Sum" projects
• Tools: Introduction to templates and calculation tools
• Practice: Practical exercise to apply your knowledge
• Processes: Internal clearance and approval procedures prior to proposal submission

Language: German or English (based on the preferences of registered participants).

Synergy: This event complements the on-site workshop "Basics of EU Proposal PReparation" on November 17, 2026. 
However, attendance at both sessions is not mandatory; they can be booked individually.

Focus: This workshop strictly focuses on budget aspects; thematic funding programmes will not be presented.
