Increasingly individualized and complex requirements are exacerbating the situation for project managers when handling internal and external projects. Knowledge of agile and hybrid project management is a decisive factor for success in more efficient and reliable order processing. Through optimal and, above all, incremental project management, participants gain the ability to demonstrate a higher level of professionalism towards the various stakeholders, both internal and external, through better work organization. This increases the reputation of the organizational unit or department in the short and long term. In addition, the techniques and methods of (agile) project management ensure better verifiability and predictability of work results.

For this reason, the seminar deals with the basic elements and working techniques of agile project management as well as the most important techniques and methods. In this seminar, participants learn all the essential building blocks from A to Z and are introduced to working as a SCRUM team using various practical case studies and a self-designed simulation game. In addition, there will be introductions to the methods KANBAN for process optimization and Design Thinking for creative problem solving.

Questions

  • How can sprint goals be skillfully defined and how can orders be broken down into meaningful "sprints"?

  • How can bottlenecks, whether of a personnel, financial or structural nature, be effectively counteracted?
  • How do all team members in the sprint team pull together without losing sight of the multitude of stakeholders?
  • And how can agile project management be integrated into the organization step by step?
