WiMINToring mentoring program for young female scientists

At the core of the mentoring program is the mentoring process of a mentee with her mentor. The program at Clausthal University of Technology is accompanied by a supporting program that includes workshops (on topics such as women's empowerment, procrastination, and communication) and networking evenings on various career opportunities. It should be emphasized that the groups of mentees and mentors are each provided with a trainer throughout the entire mentoring process.
