Leadership competence

As an essential personnel development and management tool, annual reviews serve to promote dialog between employees and managers at one level. To support the effective implementation of annual appraisals, training courses are offered for all employees and supervisors.

The goal of the seminar is to sensitize the participants to consciously recognize their own strengths and resources in leadership in order to be able to use them purposefully.
