>>Be in intensive personal exchange over two semesters, work in a structured way on your own development topics, gain clarity and take sustainable momentum with you! (...formulate paths)

Goals and contents of the peer coaching workshop: Gaining clarity in a structured way, identifying options for action and developing solutions with others who are in a similar situation together - this is what the coaching workshop for scientists (in the doctoral phase) offers. Research careers are demanding and offer many personal challenges in everyday research in very different subject areas: ▪ Collaboration, co-creativity and leadership ▪ Self-organization and self-management ▪ Good communication ▪ Personal development and career issues ▪ Good scientific practice. Most scientists reach a point in the course of their doctoral studies where they want to reflect on their own situation with others in order to find new perspectives for their development. The peer coaching workshop provides a structured framework for this, to work on solutions for one's own development issues.

Procedure, framing and methods: The focus of the joint work is the structured and trusting exchange with peers in a group over a period of one year. About 6 participants form a fixed peer group, which meets and works in a self-organized manner at intervals of about 4 - 6 weeks over a period of about 9 months. The work is framed and flanked by a start and end workshop for personal goal setting and assessment as well as a workshop on personality and potential after 4 months. The central method is collegial consulting, synonymously peer-to-peer coaching. After an introduction to the method, the peers consult each other independently and without a coach according to a structured procedure. After-work meetings with the coach take place every 6 - 8 weeks, in which the peer groups come together in plenary to exchange ideas and learn about further methods for differentiated group work and to receive brief impulses on content.

Joint and individual learning in Blendend Learning: The workshops, work in the peer groups and after-work meetings are supplemented by a media board. The media board contains videos on all content-related impulses, worksheets and links as well as further in-depth content. Thus, on the one hand, a high degree of social connectedness in the group and highly individual work is made possible to pursue one's own topics and questions. Depending on the infection situation, the workshops take place in the presence in Clausthal or virtually. The peer groups organize themselves independently in their work. The afterwork meetings take place virtually.
