The goal of a teaching coaching in the context of the ProDocTuc certificate is to make a decision to act on a problem, to implement it and to reflect on it.

The first step is at least one coaching session in which the problem is first stated, a goal is jointly defined and further steps are found. Your coach will use various methods adapted to the situation to refine the objective, analyze the framework around the problem and/or identify your own resources for the solution. So that you will finally develop your own plan to solve your problem and, if necessary, reflect on the implementation or adapt your own plan in further conversations. You are completely free to choose the topic to be discussed.
