Invention and Patent Advisory Service
Inventions may arise in the course of your research activities. You must report these to your employer under the Employee Inventions Act. However, it is often not clear at first glance whether a research result is an invention at all and whether it is patentable. You can clarify these questions in consultation with the inventor advisory service. Here you will also receive information on the formal framework conditions and the procedures applicable at the TUC.
